'Making Our Mark' Exhibition
For National Youth Week 2008

To help celebrate 2008 National Youth Week in the Blue Mountains, the public was invited to view original lino prints by young local Aboriginal artists.
Local Aboriginal artists Graham King and Shaun Hooper worked with Aboriginal youth aged from 9 to 18 years, helping them share their creative ideas about Aboriginal culture and explore their artistic talents - and taught them how to design, cut and produce a lino print.
The results were on display in the foyer of the Blue Mountains City Council premises in Civic Place, Katoomba.
This was a partnership project between the Aboriginal Culture and Resource Centre (ACRC) and the Blue Mountains World Heritage Institute (BMWHI).
Funded by the Blue Mountains City Council Youth Week 2008.
